ACLJ Executive Director Jordan Sekulow -- once a lawyer for the Treasury Department -- told FoxNews.com he'll likely file the civil suits next Wednesday or Thursday on behalf of more than a dozen Tea Party groups who say they were singled out by the IRS and had their tax-exempt status severely delayed or denied altogether. Some citizens only had so much money to pay lawyers to fight the illegal actions of the IRS in suppressing their legitimate political speech. A bunch of bureaucrats in DC successfully stifled the political speech of thousands of Americans. Some citizens gave up, some have not yet. Lawsuits need to be filed, heads need to roll, and burdens of proof in the law need to shift. The IRS can use their subpoenas and letter as wallpaper. These type of organizations need to be approved immediately and if the IRS gets evidence of wrongdoing, only then they can send one of their "probing" letters.
