Where Can I get a Voter Card Registration Form?

In most cases an actual voter card is not needed to vote. However, your voter card will have quite a lot of useful information on it, so how do you get one?

If you register to vote far enough in advance from the next election, your state will usually send you a voter registration card in the mail. Not all states do this, though, so check with your Secretary of State's office and/or your county government offices.

On your voter card in most states you will see your various voting districts -- both local and congressional -- your school district, your judicial district, and sometimes the address of your polling place, too.

Polling places sometimes change, though, so even if your voter card might have your polling place listed on it, double check ahead of time before going out to vote.
