TRUE THE VOTE™ is a non-partisan initiative (the “Initiative”) created to inspire and equip volunteers for involvement at every stage of our electoral process and to actively protect the rights of legitimate voters. As a volunteer with the Initiative, you agree to uphold all relevant election laws, to fully cooperate with all election officials, and to conduct yourself in a manner that will foster respect in your community and reflect well on the Initiative. If, at the sole judgment of the Initiative, you are deemed to have acted in a manner that reflects poorly on the Initiative or otherwise undermines the purposes of the Initiative, then you shall no longer be a volunteer with the Initiative, and shall no longer hold yourself out as the same.
Your identification as a volunteer of the Initiative shall in no way create a joint venture, partnership, affiliate relationship or joint sponsorship between you and the Initiative and the parties shall remain independent legal entities. You may not use any TRUE THE VOTE trademark or associated logo without prior written approval from the Initiative. Your identification as a volunteer of the Initiative affirms your agreement to receive emails from the Initiative.
